The town home can accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people. In a great location, within 3/4 of a mile to the Canyons Ski Resort and within 5 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and 10 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. We are located in a great neighborhood with numerous walking and biking trails, lakes and a streams. Fabulous wood vaulted ceilings tower in this multi level unit.
Private hot tub that comfortably seats up to 6 people right out the back door and off the newly built deck. The home has newer furnishings a brand new furnace with a built in humidifier and electrostatic filter for your comfort. The living room is spacious with a beautiful stone fire place that towers to the ceiling. Rustic leather furnishings and seating for all. Kitchen seats up to 10 people.The table comfortably seats 6. There is a leaf available if you would like additional room to seat 8. Seating for 4 is available at the bar. All kitchen utensils and amenities are there for your use.
This excellent location is near Olympic Park, the Park City Outlet Mall, The Redstone Shopping Center with it's upscale restaurants, theaters and a grocery store. Only 4 1/2 miles to historic main street. The free shuttle stop is about 2 blocks from our home. If you prefer to venture out to skiing around the Salt Lake Valley, Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton and Sundance are all within a 45-60 minute drive.

Policies are as follows:
Major credit cards are accepted. There is a $400.00 security deposit and 1/2 the balance due at the time of booking. Full payment is due within 30 days of your arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of booking you will be refunded. Less then 60 days no refunds will be given unless we are able to re-rent the unit. Rates include all fees. However, for stays less then 5 nights a cleaning fee may apply.
